About the trip
Jammu and Kashmir is home to several valleys such as the Kashmir Valley Chenab Valley Sindh Valley and Lidder Valley . Some major tourist attractions in Jammu and Kashmir are Srinagar, the Mughal Gardens, Gulmarg Pahalgam , Patnitop and Jammu. Every year, thousands of Hindu pilgrims visit holy shrines of Vaishno Devi and Amarnath which has had significant impact on the state’s economy.
Itinerary
- Arrival: Welcome to Srinagar! Arrive before 12 Noon and take a cab to Srinagar hotel
- Local Sightseeing: After settling in, embark on a serene Shikara ride on the iconic Dal Lake. Visit the Mughal Gardens and nearby attractions.
- Overnight Stay in srinagar
- Day Trip: Choose between a visit to Sonmarg, known for its lush meadows and tranquil atmosphere, or Doodhpathri, a hidden gem with rolling green hills.

- Return to Srinagar: Head back to Srinagar for your night’s stay.
- Transfer to Pahalgam: After breakfast, proceed to Pahalgam, a picturesque town known for its lush greenery and flowing rivers.
- Local Sightseeing: Begin your day with a visit to the beautiful Aru Valley, a haven for nature lovers. Continue to Betaab Valley, famous for its scenic landscapes, and Chandanwari, the starting point of the Amarnath Yatra.
- Overnight Stay: Unwind at your hotel in Pahalgam.
- Transfer to Gulmarg: After breakfast, depart for the scenic drive to Gulmarg, known for its stunning meadows and snow-capped peaks.
- You can take part in winter activities like Sking, snowboarding, sledge, snowbike etc
- Overnight Stay: Relax in the cozy ambiance of your hotel in Gulmarg.
- After breakfast, depart for the GONDOLO RIDE
- Gondola Ride: Enjoy a thrilling Gondola ride to Kongdoori Peak, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys
- Later depart for your houseboat at srinagar
- Enjoy the unique experience of staying overnight on a traditional houseboat.
- Farewell: After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to the airport for your onward journey, taking with you unforgettable memories of Kashmir’s unparalleled beauty.
- Transportation throughout the itinerary in a private vehicle
- Accommodation for 5 nights on a double/triple sharing basis (1 night in a Srinagar houseboat, 2 nights in a Srinagar hotel, 1 night in a Pahalgam hotel, 1 night in a Gulmarg hotel)

These alterations will be made with the utmost concern for the safety, comfort, and overall wellbeing of our valued guests.
Our group departures are designed to accommodate travelers between the ages of 18 and 42, as our itineraries are designed to be dynamic and action-packed. Nevertheless, we are more than happy to create custom trips for individuals beyond this age range.
Additionally, please note that the availability of Gondola ride tickets is not guaranteed, and in the unfortunate event of unavailability, Capture A Trip will not be held liable. Rest assured, we will make every effort to offer a suitable alternative in such situations.
In case the Tulip Garden is closed due to weather conditions, we’ll visit the Mughal Gardens instead. The Tulip Garden is expected to open from the last week of March to the last week of April.
Please schedule your arrival flight before 12 PM, as our sightseeing begins at 1 PM.
We can swap the Pahalgam stay with Gulmarg and vice versa based on weather conditions and hotel availability. This way, there will be no change in the sightseeing options, as the number of nights at each destination will remain the same.

- Any expenses not mentioned in the inclusion column.
